Talking helps

Whether you talk with a friend, a family member, a therapist or yourself!

There is a word that captures how talking helps: catharsis. Talking leads to a catharsis, which means a feeling of relief. The charged feelings within us become less charged. Nothing has changed that caused the suffering in our lives, but talking has drained off some of the pain and this brings relief.

We offer services that can help you improve your mental health and well-being.

Our counselling team is here to listen by providing a safe confidential space for you to explore your world and work and your difficulties.
